Collaboration with Wild Provisions

Bière de Coupage is traditionally a blend of aged and young beer, typically balancing mature acidity and pleasantly oxidative characteristics with vibrant, bitter, and fruity fresh components. Inspired by our love for counterbalancing blends, we allowed an equal split of Primitive Beer's mature Méthode Traditionnelle Spon and Wild Provisions' Foeder Ranch Chores (mixed-culture table beer) to coalesce and condition in cans with the addition of Orange Blossom honey.
