Primitive Beer

After years in the making, this is our first release truly shaped by the techniques of traditional Oude Kriek. With a base of 3-, 2-, and 1-year aged spontaneous beer and a substantial quantity of Colorado-grown sour cherries (>500 grams/liter Montmorency and Balaton), we're super proud of this beautiful and complex beer that bursts with whole fruit aromas of both cherry flesh and pit-derived baker's spice from a long maceration (eight months).
