Pulled on cask just as beautifully as the prior pour (see my Foggy Mist of Morning review), this fills the tulip like a glass of pink milk before the fine bubbles surface to a thickly dense and flat nitro-like head of pink-tinged white over a hazy garnet body.
The nose is full of classic Belgian cherry exuding cinnamon marzipan, while also emulating candied campote.
Taste picks right up from there while adding a drying but light char after that fluffy as fuck carbonation.
Again the mouthfeel is divinely fluffy, while acidity is impressively tempered.
