Lightly hazy burnt yellow with an off-white head of moderate height that leaves full sheets of uniformly level lacing on the glass.
This has a really unique funk and oak to it, almost like sherry without the sweetness, but with the exceptional nuttiness, perhaps more so. Pistachios?
The palate has a mild tartness while still light, airy and even fluffy despite coming straight from the tank.
