absurd beer, made even more absurd by being served on cask where we had it at cohesion brewing, just mentally insane. this is so good, the best ive had so far from these guys, a lot to like about this, a two year spontaneous beer with second use white peaches and wet hops of the multihead variety, which is uncommon. way cool on so many levels. the pour is beautiful, hazy washed out pale yellow orange color with over an inch of puffy gentle looking white head from the cask, fills out the glass awfully well. the aroma is striking, aged hops and bretty lambic funk all the way, some old oak, vanilla, lemongrass, and way more peach than expected for fruit that has already been used. i love the natural peach intensity, the noses of apricot and bitter orange that come, and the fruity notes of the fresh hops playing against that isovaleric thing, tart but not sour, really mature, and honestly super well refined, summery and mouthwatering, fully wild, wow! the flavor is splendid, peaches for days, remarkable they are dubbed spent, lots to give here obviously, and with this unique wet hop, which is such a sneaky cool part of this, its just amazing, lush and verdant but in such a mature base beer, major funk, wild and old and woody, quite belgian actually, very impressive, perfect acidity to quench and not limit drinkability, some sweetness in the fruit still, so soft and interesting, really funky as it warms, perfect cask conditioning here, and the juxtaposition of aged hops and wet hops is one of a kind. lighter medium bodied and wheaty but easy, bubbly enough for what it is, but also kind of creamy which flatters the white peach. really epic beer, not like anything else ive had before, one they should be proud of. would love to try it from the bottle as well, but the cask pour was wicked!

Pink grapefruit mimosa & peach bellini hybrid. Tart and spritzy, mild brie rind funk, soft oaky finish. Deep gold tone, bright clarity, ample foam, spotty lacing. Grapefruit & oak aroma. Overall it’s real nice, lots of fruit, light and easy drinking.
