Our Belgian chicory saison makes us think of hot summer nights, lakes, sunsets, and all the good things of summer. Brewed with chicory seeds to move past the delicious banana notes and leads you to a smooth, dry finish.

Draft at the brewery, served in a footed tulip.
Hazy orange, thin foam, spotty lace.
Fruity pear citrus aroma, light saison yeast.
Taste is fruity and mellow with a lot of esters and a fairly clean, dry finish. Medium bodied with a supple feel, lower carb but some present. Overall really tasty and enjoyable.
