The Curiouser & Curiouser range is a distinctive series of small batch beers by The Curious Brewery, each produced with a winemaker's twist.
Chapter 2 is the second edition in the collection, where we have collaborated with London bases craft brewery Brew by Numbers (BBNo), to develop a delicately refined saison.
This beer recreates several of the flavours of the modern classic English grape varietal, Bacchus. These complement perfectly the dry and fruity qualities of the BBNo house saison yeast strain, and are amplified with the addition of elderflower and hallertau blanc & huell hops.
