Copenhagen 6/8 2025. 40 cl from tap at Taphouse, Lavendelstræde, Kbh. K.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet pleasant odor of ripe stone fruit mingling a tart citric scent. Sweet peach and nectarine. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft and smooth texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A fine flavor and a more discrete nose.
