Dockside Brewery "La trouille Doux"
$5/half pint at the brewery on 23 June 2021
Notes: Lacto - Brett - Saison yeast - foeder. Hazy gold beneath a very short head of white that drops shortly to a thin collar. Aroma is sweetish and fruity (orchard fruit) with a touch of grainy malt and just a light suggestion of funk and oak. The flavor follows with the sweet grainy malt and some dried flowers balanced by a mild acidity and plenty of fruitiness. Medium bodied and gently crisp. Not that "wild" at all but with some additional character. Quaffable.
