Pours a pale yellow like typical lager. But the head is thick and creamy and lace sticks to the glass throughout.
Spicy habanero comes through on the nose and enlivens the typical Mexican lager aromas. Short sharp smell of the lime also appears from time to time.
Taste like the nose. But sweet lime in the start and a long burning habanero heat in the end. It works!
Mouth feel is fine for the style. Some heat in this but it does not distract too much and is enjoyable,
Overall a very interesting lager. I like the heat..its long lasting but mild and not harsh.
