Straw colored haze with a thick rocky foam head. Good lacing
Nose isn’t coming through very much, faint melon and apricot.
Faint flavors as well, more subdued citrus and coconut cream, some pine bitterness. Some pineapple as it warms. Not too bad
Feels medium in body, a tad fizzy with good bittering.
solid offering even it it’s a pretty standard hazy

16 oz labeled can from Lifesource Natural Grocer in Salem OR
$2.29
Cloudy body..looks like pulpy orange /grapefruit juices..small frothy thick white head.
Aromas or orange peel, lemons zest, tangerines , mint and papaya.
Taste the same with a wee bit of mint fresh in th end.
Great well carbonated mouth feel..thickish body makes this very easy to drink.
Very nice NEIPA for Portland!

Not Too Brite is definitely hazy, but more on the cusp. As in, it's not completely opauque, just very unfiltered looking. The golden yellow body glows and is capped by a thin, creamy and foamy white mousse that laces very well.
Lots of tropical fruits, cardboard, and confectioners sugar emerge from the surface. Mango and pine are most noticeable, but there is some berry influence, and a weird iind of vegetal stink I can't quite figure out.
The tropical fruit essence is definitely the front runner on flavor, but less sweet than I'd imagined. A bit rind like adds the balance it needed. Guava and passion fruit, some melon, then the faintest notions of pine and weed. This is pretty damn good actually. As it warms, there's even a little lemon-lime soda flavor going on here.
Good feel too. Not creamy, but smooth yet with a finishing tingle of carbonation. This is about as balanced as an IPA could be, but does just barely hug the bitter edge.
The original special release can from Ex Novo in its second appearance is a great beer. You would hope so with Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic being the hop bill, but this delivers the goods. Cheers.

Thank you CanConPhilly for this
16 oz can poured into a teku
A- A hazy golden straw color with a two finger white head
S- Mango, honeydew, citrus, some lime zest, slightly dank.
T- Honeydew, citrus, some lime zest, some mango, tropical fruits, somewhat dank finish.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- A great NEIPA, probably helps that it is brewed with my three favorite hops. Well brewed and worth seeking out.
