Canned on 1/29/19. One of last few offerings I have from my Portland visit. Excited to try this one out. Let's dive in.
L: Pours that vibrant yellow that I admire in NEIPAs. Definite haze, zero clarity. About a finger of head with ample lacing. Great looking beer for the style.
S: Extremely fruit-forward. The problem is, it is hard to get a proper grasp on the smell since it seems muted. Peach, apricot, mango, tangerine and papaya all come to mind. There is a bready sweetness that I detect that lends me to think that oats were involved in the brewing process.
T: Nice tasting brew as well. Tons of tangerine, orange and mango up front, with apricot, lemon and flaked oats on the finish. It is sweet with just a tinge of acidic citrus and mild grassy hop presence. Tastes so similar to orange juice with nice IPA characteristics.
F: Nice feel. Medium in body and weight. Smooth and near creamy texture. Just shy of reaching what I consider pillowy status. Smooth and very enjoyable.
O: Overall, this is a fantastic beer. At 7.5 abv, it comes full of flavor and highly enjoyable. I would drink again and I recommend. I am very glad to have tried. Cheers!

Canned 25 Jan 2019, purchased @ The Beermongers based on vurt's recommendation.
A hazy light orange with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing, this looks good. The nose is great! Bright, fruity, fragrant and leaning less on the pulpy, unabashedly fruity side, this is very good. Mango, peach, mandarin, Valencia oranges are all present. The palate opens juicy and fruity with a clean mango and citrus note with a little bit of peach. The juicy, fruity flavors are less amped up, unlike some other beers, but this doesn't take away from the beer. Instead, it allows the lighter, more delicate notes a little room to come out. Is that vanilla that I taste?oats? Light in body and highly carbonated, this beer finishes fruity and mildly bitter with orange peel and a hint of pine. Nicely done.

A white washed straw colored body, reminiscent of those classic "Belgian White Ales". Lovely off white foam rests above, lazily descending into a thin cover, sealing top from bottom. Rings and spots of lace from head to toe.
Perhaps the fruitiest smelling, non-fruited beers I've ever smelled. Pineapple and strawberry, blueberry and mango, then a welcomed slap of pine right on the end.
This thing is like a straight up Jamba Juice smoothie of flavors. All of the aforementioned make themselves well established, with some complimentary grapefruit flesh, lime rind, and evergreen sap.
Creamy smooth competes against a prickly carbonation. Creaminess wins as it coats the mouth between sips. About as close to balanced one can get, but thankfully does have just enough of a dry bitter bite. Alcohol is hidden but felt in the head.
Ex Novo's latest limited offering is a good one. For the style, perhaps even great. Better than many of the more popular DDHNEIPLMNOPAs out there that I've had. Cheers.
