16oz can served in a nonic glass. Canned on 01/21/20
Look- Slightly hazy golden straw color. Modest bright white head that slowly recedes to a thin cap of foam, moderate lacing. Very active carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Bready malt, yeast, bright lemon and lime, light green grape, floral/grassy notes and faint spicyness.
Taste- Nice lemon/lime citrus, sweet bready malts, yeast, light green grape, floral/earthy hops and light spice.
Feel- Medium/light bodied. Crisp with a dry, slightly bitter finish. Medium/heavy carbonation on the tongue.
O- A solid pilsner. There are better takes on the style available but worth checking out.

16oz canned 1-21-20. Opened 2-23-20.
1 finger white head with good retention. Pale golden/straw colored pilsner - not clear but not quite an unfiltered look either. Plenty of active carbonation swirling up through the beer and keeping the head alive and leaving behind an attractive lacing.
Subtle nose, hint of sulfur and a fresh, green weedy hop character. Light pilsner malt base.
Zesty, green hops - tangy and grassy dominate the flavor. Limes. The lightest of bready malt flavor deep in the aftertaste.
Bright entry, light body and crisp. Medium to medium-high carbonation. Medium length finish with a nice hit of herbal/grassy hop bitterness.
Good to very good.

Dry Hopped pilsner in collaboration with Skagit Valley Maltings.
16 oz. can purchased from Lifesource in Salem OR.
$3.49
Pours a pale yellow body with a large rocky/frothy white head.
Aromas of white wine grape NZ hops ( they are in here)..seems very fresh and stand out.
Taste the same but hops a bit balanced by nice malty bite.
Great well carbonated mouth feel..semi dry finish.
A very nice Spring drink but not really a classic German Pils.
