Traditional Vienna Style Lager. Toasty sweet Vienna Malt, bready Munich malts and a crisp finish.
A traditional Vienna style lager, using Pilsner and Vienna as the base malts, with a small addition of Carafa III for color without roast. Vienna malt tends to lend itself to a graham cracker, honey cereal sweetness, the Munich malts support the Vienna malt with notes of bread. Noble hop varieties balance the sweetness of these malts with earthy spicy floral notes. Easy drinkin.

Flavor Profile: Malty / Sweet
Availability: On Tap / Occasional
IBU: 23
Hops: Perle / Tettnang
Yeasts: 34/70

Outstanding dark gold and amber body, crystal clear; stunning carbonation; thick head, frothy and sticky, long-lasting. Incredible nose of toasted malt and honey; wisp of hop spiciness. Fantastic taste; toasted and roasted grains; roasted nuts and melba toast; mildly burnt honey; fine balanced hop bitterness complementing the malt sweetness. Medium-heavy body; excellent residual sugar coating on the palate; sense of warmth throughout.
I love a well-made Vienna lager. This one hits the marks for me: rich, malty flavor with a correspondingly viscous and warm mouthfeel. Balanced, complex, delightful.
ABV: 5.4%; pouring temperature: 43 °F: canning info: 10/16/24

On draft at the Beaverton location.
Clear, medium golden copper in color, thin white head. Toasty aroma. Taste is a little sweeter than I prefer. Medium bodied, lively carbonation
