A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grapefruit and peaches are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of grapefruit along with notes of pine and hints of gooseberries. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has the crispness and bitterness that you would expect from an IPA with some additional complexities from the Galaxy and Nelson hops.

Can from Market of Choice.
A clear orange with a dense ,white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is bright, clean, bitter, pungent, resiny and fruity. Pine, grapefruit, mild melon notes, a touch of peach and grape are present. The palate opens bitter and clean, bright, pungent and mildly oily, followed by pine, grapefruit, melon, orange. Drying, clean and bitter on the finish. There's a touch of a mildly doughy note that doesn't entirely work, which holds this beer back. All told, an excellent IPA.
