16 oz. single can purchased from LIfesource Natural Grocers in Salem OR

Pours a typical pilsner pale yellow body. Small wispy white head. Leaves excellent lacing.
Very strong aromas. Fresh cut hay, lemon grass, and lime .
Taste continues with the aroma. Very citrus forward pils.
Mouth feel is medium light and well carbonated...the carbonation seems "soft". Like bottle conditioned beers.
Interesting take on the style. Enjoyed.

Canned on Jan 4th and reviewed on March 2nd, so still pretty fresh. Light straw color, not much head and what's there fades fast. Faint beer aroma. Taste is hoppy with controlled bitterness, nice flavors from the dry - hop brew. Well lagered and no off flavors. We like the name, maybe it's an inside joke?

Look: Clear straw yellow with a lively and noisy white head that builds and slowly settles to a lid, leaving minimal lacing behind
Aroma: I could smell it strongly as I poured it. Cut grass, pilsner malt, wafts of lemon and lime, cracker-like malt, and floral notes
Taste: A huge lemon-lime flavor combo kicks things off and quickly joined by grassiness and pilsner malt. As the citrus notes fade, waves of floral hops fill the hop void along a soda-cracker-like malt base and it closes with another blast of lemon-lime
Mouthfeel: Full but light, very clean and crisp throughout, medium-high carbonation, and a crisp and mildly dry finish
Overall: I dig it. Having heard of but not really knowing much about Saphir hops (which this is dry-hopped with) I can confidently say lemon-lime-led citrus must be a descriptor for what it can bring as this pilsner is very unique in that way. Usually floral hop dominated, the citrus hop component works well I thought and there was still plenty of floral notes present so as not to stray too much. An interesting take and a tasty one at that
