Juicy & dank WCIPA
Introducing Elani, a new-to-us hop from Crosby Farms (pronounced ee-LAH-nee). Discovered in Idaho’s St. Joe River Valley, it was developed in Yakima and patented in January 2024. Elani offers vibrant fruit flavors and aromas—mango, blueberry, citrus, and cantaloupe—balanced with dank resin, papaya, and juicy fruit notes. We’re excited to debut it in New Mexico, pairing it with Mosaic to enhance citrus tones and Amarillo to complement the pine and resin.
Flavor Profile: Dank / Fruity / Hoppy
Availability: On Tap / One-Off
IBU: 60
Hops: Amarillo / Elani / Mosaic
Malts: Rahr Premium Pils

Clear, golden yellow body; moderate carbonation; thick and long-lasting white head; sticky webs and fingers of foam inside the glass. Soft and alluring scents of light berry and melon. Relatively low-key flavors; delicately sweet cantaloupe with a soothingly mild hop bitterness; light bread crust; very light esters. Medium bodied and generally smooth on the palate; feathery dryness.
This nicely crafted west coast-style India pale drinks quite easily. It brings a refined balance and complexity to the fore with every sip. A very nice beer.
ABV: 6.6%; pouring temperature: °F; canning info: 01/15/25
