Inspired by early 2000s IPAs, Simple Solace features a comforting biscuity, toffee-like malt backbone. Classic piney, grapefruit-forward hops including Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial bring that old-school character, and a touch of El Dorado adds a sweet orange citrus note to round it all out.
