-this pale, cloudy can pour hosts a thin cap of fine foam and prickly aroma of pineapple and orange juice. The flavor is rich with tropical fruit; lime, kiwi and some cherry are included. The hop bitterness is moderate and there is a peppery note and a dry finish. This is a flavorful and interesting brew.

There is something interesting about a style in which there are no clear classics to copy... or seek to break the mold of.
NEIPAs are so young, they almost don't have leaders... let alone classics. This encourages invention.
We get some invention with Omniscient. Some of it good. But, it doesn't start that way.
I think I'm Looking at an average Looker for the style. Most have a hazy body. The good-Lookers have more foam.
Smells introduce invention: seemingly equal tropical and bitter hops (I consider the style standard as about 2/3 tropical); there is a pepper in there, maybe yeast-driven like the Belgian tradition.
Tastes confirm the aromas; (but the dry finish makes me speculate the bitter hops are at 50-50.)
Somewhat richer in the mouth at 8%, maltier, wheatier, less bubbly and more like hoppy fruit punch.
As for Public Access and its relationship with Dorchester Brewing, I'm giving them Extra Special Big OA Hugs as they seem to have made an important invention in maximizing productivity and creativity. (Although these many Hugs from a skin-flint lime me require further research until I get their Big Picture better.) Until then, I'm looking for Dorchester's other brewer/partners.

16oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured the color of pale pineapple juice, with over an inch of white head that had good retention and zero lacing.
The aroma was mostly frooty hops, with a touch of grapefruit, and no real malt/grain component.
Same on the tongue, sweet juice hops up front, some grapefruit hops at the back.
The body was light and crisp, with a dry finish.
Drinkability was OK, but the beer was a bit boring, so why drink it again?
Overall, fairly average for the style.

No date, can stamp reads “PAOSI-AI”.
Good golden orange pour; the head is soft and frothy, with nice patterns of lace that cling to the inside of the glass.
The nose is pleasant, and improves as it warms. Underripe mango, pineapple juice, and grapefruit all combine for a fruit-forward profile with hints of green, pithy hops.
The Simcoe addition to this beer takes over, and while it’s still not too bad, I would have liked a bit more complexity from the other hop varieties. There’s a fermented fruit quality to it, with combined flavors of wild berry, stone fruit, passion fruit, and citrus. Softens really nicely as it warms, but a distinctly earthy/piney hop quality begins poking though as well; I’d give it 3-5 minutes before you really throw a final verdict at it.
Smooth mouthfeel. Not too heavy-bodied, with a soft carb. Small traces of residual stickiness, and a mild boozy warmth on the tail.

Lovely looking body, soft yellow and hazy, like a mixture of pineapple and grapefruit juice; is is thin and frothy yet lasting. Strong, fresh citrus smelling aroma; pineapple and mango. Bold flavors punch your palate; tangy and bitter; white grapefruit; citrus pith; excellent bitterness. Medium body; punchy and somewhat tart on the palate; brisk; velvety with a lactose-like residual sugar feel; semi-dry.
This is another very respectable NEIPA offering, actually bringing a relatively fresh-squeezed citrus taste and feel to things (unlike so many that just seem dry and worn). The beer delivers some nice balance and complexity to the palate (always welcome, regardless of style). It loses some points with the relative lack of a decent head, but does well with the aroma and definitely tips the scales with some outstanding flavors. Overall, a winner of a beer...

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, guava), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, guava), pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty nice brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake! Nice to see it around here.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a very hazy, medium yellowish orange with a one finger white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of pale malt, lightly citrus and dank hops, dry tropical fruit, lemon and a little grapefruit. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and tropical fruit hops, guava, lemon, grapefruit, melon, pepper and mild light stone fruit. Lightly dank and resinous finish. Medium bodied with light creaminess. Mostly a typical NE IPA profile of mixed citrus and tropical fruit, but enhanced by a very nice sharp peppery quality almost like a saison. The citrus was appealing, and there was just enough hop bitterness to keep my interest. Not my style, but pleasant enough and possibly my only chance to try this brewery.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color with some whitish hues. It poured with a short white head that left a large but thin patch of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberries, limes, and grapefruit hops are present in the nose. The gooseberries become stronger as the beer warms up a tad.
T: The taste follows the smell and has moderate flavors of gooseberries and limes with a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England-style IPA does a good job at balancing the flavors of gooseberries and limes in the smell and taste.
Serving type: can

The mouthfeel in this beer was a bit off, very thick and hoppy but in a too fresh kind of way. There was no date on the can so I’m not sure when it was canned but the mouthfeel was a bit much on this beer. This beer could of been super good and I’m sure it will be but I was a bit disappointed with this one.
