Based on the idea of a strawberry mojito, this ale has ample amounts of real strawberry and lime juice, and aged on mint for a refreshing summery kick!

Opaque yellow gold appearance, small white head, virtually no lacing. Fruity aroma dominated by strawberries. Sweet, fizzy, moderately tart flavor. Needs more body even though the style sometimes emphasizes lightness. Just going to move on and try not to be too negative.
