This is a classic Belgian style Saison and it is excellent. The brewery used its own verbena and lemongrass to make the beer.
The result is a beer with flavors that are bright and fresh. Spicy lemon smell and taste. Orange and honey flavors. Beautiful bright yellow color with nice white head and excellent curtain lacing. This is one of the best Saison I have had.
