12 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on this one. Another brew from Brutaltruth, thanks again! Served in a snifter, the beer pours a not quite clear not quite hazy amber color with about an inch or so off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells like toffee, caramel malt, stone fruit and some earthiness. For the most part the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some apple and floral hop flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy and coating with a nice amount of soft carbonation. Thought this was a good overall ESB, worth picking up if you come across some! Highgrain makes some good brews, might as well try this one and their others if you're able to!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This excellent ESB pours a beautiful
chill hazed dark amber with a nice head of off white foam that settles to
a thin ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some nice lacing. Nose of light
orchard fruits of peach, floral hops, and caramel malts. Flavors surpass
the nose with a fine presentation of toasted malts, subtle bread crust,
peach, light pear and apple, floral hops, and light herbal hop notes.
Mouth feel is medium, medium light carbonation, smooth, and
finishing subtly dry.
Overall, a fantastic ESB!
Cheers
