A: Big frothy head, off white, dark ice tea coloring, the head is creamy and long lasting. Nice splashy lace deposits.
S: Caramelized malting, dry, powdery, with some cookie sweetness, and roasty nuttiness. Oatmeal and toasty grains, and damp flowery hops.
T: Sweet caramel-toffee flavor, slight Belgian funkiness, spicy dark bread. Raisiny character, christmas cookie spicing, toasty grains with a lingering spicy graininess.
M; Lighter body, slick and easy off the tongue. Malty and grainy afterfeel.
O: Nice Belgian attributes, could of used a bit more belgian yeastiness, malt forward, easy entry affair.
