A: Beautiful dark creamy tan head, is two inches and quickly builds under a fever of activity beneath. Dark inky black coloring, with lots of bubbly activity, The head structure and texture makes this the icing on the cake for outstanding regards.
S: Aroma of dark roastiness, roasted peanut shells, earthy bitterness, with a sense of dark roasted chocolate. Some silky burnt woodiness follows and rounds out. Good regards.
T: Flavor of silky campfire minerality, ash, roasted woodiness and charred grains. Deep roasted chocolate,bittering with some dried dark fruit of plums. After feel and hints of dried creamer.
M: Creamy roasty mouthful, silty ash lacing, medium body.
O: Overall a nice silty campfire minerality that was smooth and creamy drinkability wise.
