Not lagered like a traditional Hefe. All of the properties are there. Light. Vanilla flavor sweetens it out. Jalepeno is the secondary flavor. Not to hot and overwhelming. Just enough to let you know its there and then be gone 30 seconds to 1 minute later. The faster and more you drink, the more it builds up. Super interesting balance of opposites.
