Poured from a bottle (23Nov2019) into a Belgian glass
L: pours a totally clear golden yellow (srm ~3) with a very dense white head. Fades after a few minutes to a more moderate head, leaving some nice lacing as it does. Beautiful champagne-esque visible carbonation. Chunky lacing left with each sip
S: very inviting farmhouse nose. Light and refreshing aroma with some great oaky depth. Light lemon, grass, salt, peach, white grape. A light tart and refreshing note, not quite granny smith but close. A quite clean and enticing aroma overall
T: follows the nose very well, bright flavors on a fuller saison base. Delicious and refreshing fruit notes lead, with great building oat/wheat character. Get that lemon/peach/white grape flavor implied by the nose, great drying middle (salt, lemon) that becomes a bit more full and almost sweet as it moves into the finish. The finish is excellent, long with a sustained depth and flavor - really calls you back for another sip
F: medium body, medium+ carbonation. Nicely drying middle with a more substantive and full lingering finish
O: just delicious. The aroma is clean and inviting, the flavor does not disappoint in bringing a refreshing swallow featuring waves of complexity. Finish won't quit, in the best way - big fan of this brew
