We took our Uncharted base recipe and knocked a few gravity points on it down to a crushable 4.7%. We kettle soured the wort skipped the lactose and replaced it with sea salt to make a Gose style ale. Conditioned on loads of raspberry puree, this beer packs a punch while being thirst quenching.
