Dry, velvety, and roasty, it's everything you want and everything you need. Brewed with continental malts, it has notes of coffee and chocolate. Pints of Stout make you strong. It's a classic Irish Style Dry Stout. It has tons of flavor, but still finishes dry and easy to drink.
"And just like James, I'll be drinking Irish tonight and the memory of his last work week will be gone forever..."

Light level of carbonation with a slightly watery feel but still an overall good body
Aroma is a really nice mix coffee beans, malt, roasted malt, dark and milk chocolate.
Taste has a slight sweetness yet still manages a dry finish that lingers. Coffee beans, espresso, dark and milk chocolate mild roasted malts is there as well a dry coffee finish.
Not at all what I expected but was more than happy about it. Really flavorful well done stout that seemed to standout a little from others in this style

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that gradually died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of chocolate malts and coffee are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has strong flavors of coffee beans and chocolate along with a light to moderate amount of bitterness. The coffee flavors particularly linger into the finish.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is some dryness in the finish.
O: This beer has much stronger aromas and flavors of coffee and chocolate compared to other beers in the style.
