Tropical Becky is the early summer sister of our house Blonde Ale, Becky. It’s brewed with all local Texas malt from Maverick Malt House for a smooth bready base, and then refermented with pineapple puree and lime juice. It’s the perfect blend of easy-drinking beer and tropical fruit! It’s subtle, but boldly refreshing.

Slightly cloudy bright gold colored body; thick carbonation; thin yet lasting white head, creamy and sticky. Pleasant tropical fruit nose. The taste begins with a very nice pineapple and lemon juice note; wheat-like maltiness; zesty tropical fruit bitterness; candi sugar; lemon drops. Medium body; fairly smooth with a light bubbly coarseness on the palate.
Reading the brewery's description of the beer, ingredients and tasting notes, they hit the mark. Very pleasant and would be excellent for warm weather thirst quenching.
