Cape Cod Becky, is a cocktail inspired treat turned into an all day drinker. We started with our house blonde ale, Becky. Becky is brewed with all Texas Panhandle grown malt from Maverick Malt House. For Cape Cod Becky, we added dried lime peel, and then we then referment this beer with Cranberry puree and a splash of lime juice for a well balanced finish. The nose is bursting with cranberry, but the finish is bready blonde ale It’s the best of both worlds!
