This traditional style Irish Red Ale was inspired by the old world, family, and easy drinking. It was originally brewed with the High Plains Drafters Homebrew Club as a wort share project. It pours a dark red with an off white head. Its medium bodied, and has notes of biscuit, toast, and hints of roasted coffee.
