Tūtū Pele is a Hawaiian deity, and the inspiration for this kettle soured tribute to our favorite beach cocktail. We soured a pale ale, brewed with coconut, lactose, wheat and oats, then we added loads of pineapple and coconut. The result is a slightly sweet, creamy, fruited sour reminiscent of a Piña Colada.
