Brewed for the 2024-2025 Pondaseta Club, Canyon City Station is a journey through flavor that begins with a robust imperial sour ale, emboldened by tart, earthy sumac berries and enhanced by the subtle elegance of red wine barrels. Rich crimson in color, this ale pours with a slight haze and a frothy, cream-tinted head that invites you in. Expect layers of deep cherry and cranberry-like tartness from the sumac berries, balanced with notes of blackberry and dark stone fruit imparted by the wine barrel aging.
