This Cold IPA was brewed to be crushable and bold. We brewed it with pilsner malt and rice for a light base, and heavily hopped it with Galaxy, Citra, HBC 586, Strata, and El Dorado. It’s assertive, but easy to drink, and bursting with fruity hop aromas including mango, guava and peach.
