Mai Pie is our latest Tiki adventure. We started with our favorite summer sour – Cherry Pie’d. We added copious amounts of coconut, vanilla, almond, and a hint of pineapple to make this island treat. Enjoy it on a sandy beach, or in the desert sun (while pretending you’re on a Caribbean Island!)
