Just like the whistle of a midnight train echoing across the Texas plains, Miami Depot carries history in every pour. This imperial sour spent two long years resting in barrels that once held bold bourbon and rich Concord wine, pulling in layers of depth along the way.
The result is a striking balance: tart and vinous upfront, with lush notes of jammy grape, charred oak, and vanilla weaving through a warming bourbon backbone. A ghost of tannin lingers, grounding the sour brightness with a dry, structured finish.
