It’s time to blend your emo/math rock background with your newfound love for all things farmhouse, crafty, and locally foraged…. Introducing The Fall of Cholla. We started with one of our favorite saison recipes and added cholla blossoms, then added hibiscus. The result is a light and effervescent saison with notes of herbal peppercorn, a tinge of dark red plum, a hint of citrus and loads of earthy and floral notes. It’s beautifully pink, and perfectly refreshing for a hot day on the High Plains. So, out on your favorite progressive screamo playlist and remember – even skinny jeans can protect your legs from cactus needles!
