Knock knock - the Trappist monks came knocking at our brewery and brought a sacred recipe! The Quadrupel gives us the perfect fusion of the richness of malt with a fruity and spicy touch! Gently dangerous, behold and enjoy this heavenly creation!

Very chocolaty. And quite fresh, but i'm drinking it from the tap at a beer fest. So as fresh as it gets. Nice nevertheless
Edit: I've drank the bottled version and it still tastes quite chocolaty. The hops are not as pronounced as in the draught version. There's also a shy belgian yeast flavour.
