This hazy IPA scores low on bitterness with an intense tropical aroma. This full-flavoured beer has a creamy, almost juicy, mouthfeel with oats added for a smooth finish, and the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness.

Bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario Canada 473ml at 6%.
Poured into glass with a 1 finger head leaving a lace as you drink it.
Very hoppy juicy, creamy and lots of tropical fruit flavors.
Overall a good hazy IPA beer
Cheers

I was curious, but not my prime choice for a beer. Good head, but quite hazy. I did not enjoy the flavour, too sweet for my liking.

473 mL can from the LCBO; coded with an alphanumeric string that I couldn't translate even if it weren't smudged. Served slightly chilled.
Hazy pale golden-yellow in colour, topped with an inch of soapy, foamy white head that falls apart within a few minutes' time. A wide collar of creamy suds is left behind, in addition to a a lovely coat of sponge print patterned lacing - looks much better than your average NEIPA, but the nose is quite subdued. Hints of mango, passion fruit and stone fruit, along with a touch of bready malts, floral hops and wheat - I like what's there, but there isn't enough of it.
It starts off juicy, but trends towards bitter over the course of the sip; I'm getting orange, melon, mango and red apples, with soft hints of bready sweetness and wheat. More floral towards the back end, with an earthy bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste along with some peppery spiciness. Medium in body, with low carbonation that weakly tickles the surface of the palate - feels quite soft and a little frothy on the tongue, making for a satisfying sipper. Moderate drinkability - the 6% isn't really, noticeable, but this 'type' of bitterness is fairly exhausting for the palate/taste buds.
Final Grade: 3.68, a B grade. Hazy IPAs have been all the rage for a few years now, and the onslaught of new ones does not seem to be slowing down much, if at all. No. 99 Hazy IPA is another decently serviceable example to toss onto the pile and quickly forget about. Its tropical fruity flavours are pleasant enough, though not exactly novel, while its bitterness is a little too assertive for an NEIPA. Don't get me wrong - this isn't a bad beer, it's just one that doesn't stand out in the crowd at all. Worth the tick, and I might return to this eventually, but it's not a high priority.

Pours slightly hazy and gold in colour. Thick and fluffy head. Bitter with hints of apple on the taste. The smell is bitter and grassy. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry.

473 ml can served cool into a snifter. LCBO purchase for around $3.30 CDN.
Appearance - Pours a bright yellow beer with some haziness and a big multi-finger white head. Good staying power and some carbonation is visible. Large swaths of lacing left behind.
Smell - Tropical notes, focusing with a guava and melon nose, some floral, perfumey notes too.
Taste - Tropical again, medley of orange, guava and melon, with a spicy white pepper finish that is a little rough.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, soft carbonation, finishes again with that peppery aspect, not the most pleasant sensation. It's kind of a hot burning sensation.
Overall - Respectable IPA with great looks, but won't go out to buy a bunch more. This certainly isn't the "Great One" of IPA's.
