Pours a golden straw. I poured this into a Teku and there is a beautiful effervescent spring of carbonation emanating from the center of the glass. It holds its head really well. Getting a lot of yeasty character on the nose. There's a little banana and clove. I'm also getting some wildflower honey. There's some fresh lime zest on the finish. It's a subtle saison.
