Pours a pale golden straw. A touch of banana on the nose. There's mild banana character, some heather, and a dry pilsner malt backbone. It's light, obviously, and is well-suited for drinking on a warm, sunny day like today. The house yeast does not seem to overwhelm the beer at all. If anything, it is very subtle.
