My bottle gushed like crazy and I think I lost 2-3 ounces right off the bat. It pours hazy golden straw with excellent fluffy pillow white head. Has that Hill Farmstead Dorothy, Orval, Enlightenment Transcendence type of funky tropical fruit aroma. A little bit of minerality on the nose too (copper). This delivers just like those gems. It's light but with pineapple that is broken up by a clove and esters. I really like this beer. That's the top and bottom line.

L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a bright, golden yellow color and a very cloudy consistency. There was an inch and a half of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Not a whole lot of lacing, though.
S: A pretty good aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus fruit, a funky quality, malt, spices, and brettanomyces.
T: Tasted of a bit of the standard saison funkiness (not too much, though), a bit of spice (pepper, in particular), a good shot of citrus fruit (lemon, especially), a lot of Belgian yeast (a solid backbone of), and some malt as well (a subtle presence). This is a light, lively and easy to like flavor.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: On the whole, an enjoyable beer. Worth a try.
