This is designated as a biere de coupage (blend of aged and young beer) - a blend of young saison (12%), 6 month conditioned citrus wit (72%), 12 month barrel aged estate grown mixed culture saison (4%) and 18 month stainless steel saison (12%). It pours a golden wit limited haze and white head. Stonefruit and lemon funk on the nose. There's lemongrass, heather, peach, and some pomegranate flavors. It's got limited tartneess, super restraind acidity. It's extremely pleasant to drink. It's softness envelops all of the components. A truly excellent beer.
