Pours a golden straw, white head. There's a musty brett aroma, white wine, lemon. I really get the lemon verbena and to a lesser extent rosemary - there’s some herbal earthiness there operating like heather- it’s got underpinnings of pear sweetness. The herbs breakup the sweetness of the underlying beer nicely. This is a well constructed farmhouse ale.
