L - Pours an opaque orange color with a slight white head.
S - Smells of lemon and some funkiness.
T - Tastes of white wine with a slight lemony finish.
F - Medium body and lightly carbonated.
O - Very interesting funky beer.

This is Wheatland Spring's collab with Walsh Family Wine. Pours a golden with brilliant white cloudy pillowy head. Musty funk with pear on the nose. It's definitely pear forward which is often the case with Wheatland's native culture. This is not a bad thing, but it's just not particularly unique within the Wheatland Spring mixed culture realm.
