Thanks to my buddy Andrés for sending me home with some of these beauties.
Pours from a glass into a pint glass. Light amber color with a vigorous, stark white head. Tons of lacing! Belgian candy sugar even. Some spicy white pepper aromas. Really nice.
This one blends nicely between a saison and a Belgian pale ale. Flavor mimics the aroma. Lots of clove in the flavor with banana bread in the back end. Tiny bit of hop bite keeps it interesting.
Light bodied and dry. A true delight!
