22oz bomber bottled 5-17-19. Opened 4-10-22.
3 finger white head with long retention. Amber-golden body with good clarity and ample carbonation. Sticky lacing. Lots of yeast character in the form of spice and fruit (stone fruit and lemon) with floral notes. Mild fruitiness and grassy hops in the flavor. Light body, high carbonation, and a nice lingering bitterness that helps keep the beer dry in the finish. Very Good.
