Appearance - The beer was a hazy light yellow color, like lemonade that was not mixed well.
Smell - The bitterness of the hops was evident with notes of orange.
Taste - The profile had a nice level of bitterness. It was not overly fruity/orange. It ran a bit thin, so the profile did not linger.
Mouthfeel - For the style, it was unusually thin for the style.
Mouthfeel - Apparently, the best the brewery has to offer.

On draft, 16 oz. pour. Has a yellow/orange color, very hazy, with a small head. Smell is mild, some citrus. Taste is grapefruit, some oranges, mild bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Dropped into the brewery over to escape the massive Labor Day crowds and got the Breakfast Juice.
This is a solid NEIPA offering.
The look is on-point for the style. Medium-light hazy yellow, low head, heavy lacing.
The aroma is mild - not much going on there. It left me with low expectations.
Taste: excellent and on-point. An assertive melon/pear flavor are accentuated by a nice sweet malt. The aftertaste leaves a nice lingering pear. It stands out among many ho-hum NEIPAs which seem to be the norm these days with this trendy style. And I’m a tourist trap destination to boot.
Overall: I’m happy with the selection and that I gave this place a shot. I will definitely order this one again.
