Clear golden amber brew with stylish white foam in the fat wheat beer glass. Lovely sudsy mouthfeel. Highly aromatic. Taste is more honey than that often icky maibock sweet taste. Flavors of dried pear, like a Tripel, and malted cereal.
Overall, this is one of the better beers I've had in the Maibock style. Highly drinkable with more smooth and mellow flavors. From the 32 oz crowler can purchased at the brew pub.
