This beer pours a slightly cloudy bronze/"black tea" color with a very large white head. The aroma is pleasant; malty and fruity. It reminds me of sweet apple cider. The taste is quite interesting. Its fairly sweet with an offsetting bitterness and I detect a bready/yeasty taste with plenty of malt. Overall, a nice drinking experience!

"Brewed with honey malt and lot of foraged dendelion"
on draft at the brewery, 8 oz tulip glass
hazy light amber in color, thin white head. aroma is a little sweet - mild caramel, some earthy/grassy undertones. similar flavor - not too sweet. not sure I can pick out the contribution from the dandelions. medium bodied.
